Refund, Exchange & Buy-Back Policy
At Kiyara London, each piece of jewellery is crafted with care and precision. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have outlined our refund, exchange, and buy-back policy below.
1. No Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final.
2. Custom-Made Jewellery
Custom-made or personalised jewellery is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
This includes any piece made to specific size, design, stone selection, engraving, or customer request.
Custom jewellery is also not eligible for buy-back.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered for non-custom, standard jewellery items, subject to inspection and approval by Kiyara London.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4. Jewellery Buy-Back Policy
Kiyara London offers a buy-back option for eligible jewellery purchased from us, excluding custom-made pieces.
We offer up to 70% of the original purchase value, depending on:
- Overall condition of the jewellery
- Wear and tear
- Market value of materials at the time of return
- All buy-back items will undergo a quality and authenticity assessment before final valuation.
5. Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Custom made jewellery
- Silver plated jewellery
6. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 246, High Level road, Nugegoda. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Final Decision
All refunds, exchanges, and buy-back requests are subject to final approval by Kiyara London.
We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet our policy criteria.
